Exceptional customer service is at the heart of Bulky Bob’s. Bulky Bob’s staff are recruited for their positive attitude and determination to do what it takes to provide a first class service every time.

However, Bulky Bob’s recognises that attitude alone is not enough – it needs to backed up by training, personal development and industry-specific qualifications. That’s why we were awarded the prestigious National Training Award 2008.

The numerous letters and e-mails we receive praising our staff for their help, friendliness and positive attitude are a testimony to the service that we provide day in and day out. We know from feedback that residents are pleased that items are reused where possible for the benefit of the local community.

Local authorities define a specific list of bulky waste items that are collected. Bulky Bob’s then carries out collections in the most convenient way for residents - collecting all items in one go, so residents only need to make one appointment.
